'Restaurant Lapporten at Hotell Fjället doesn't need any art on the walls. The large panoramic windows to the southeast are like a publicity film for the place. In the middle of the drama, which constantly changes with the light, is Lapporten, flanked by Torneträsk and Nuolja. On the other side of the mountains is Abisko National Park.'

Restaurant Lapporten presents an à la carte menu based on the cuisine from Swedish Lapland and with inspiration from the four corners of the world. You'll find delicacies from the mountain world and good-quality local produce such as reindeer, char and cloudberries.

Every evening, the restaurant serves a two-course dinner, on a plate or as a buffet, depending on the season. All the dishes are also available in small portions for young guests. There is also a children's menu.

An adapted and varied drinks menu with the focus on wines is presented with all the menus and dishes. There is a choice of two different main courses with the day's special as well as a large and varied salad buffet and home-made bread from our bakery.
