The best winter trip goes to the mountains. Björkliden is always as popular with the school classes that visit us. We have something to suit all tastes.

If you'd like to experience a real adventure, we recommend a visit to the Kåppasjåkka caves, one of Sweden's longest cave systems. With a head lamp and helmet, you will make your way through an exciting world filled with stalactites and stalagmites.

Another challenge is a tour up to Sweden's highest mountain station, Låktatjåkko Mountain Lodge, 1228 m asl. After the 9 km tour, the famous Låkta waffles are very tasty.
