Gammelgården, one of Björkliden's oldest buildings, has an atmosphere and feeling that permeates the living room's beautiful log walls.

Gammelgården was originally an SJ (Swedish State Railways) building from 1909. Since 1926, when Björkliden became a tourist destination, Wärdshuset Gammelgården has been used as a mountain facility by agreement with SJ. It has been enjoyed for generations.

Relax in front of the fire after a long day on the mountain or go for a nice and warming sauna before sitting down at a table in the cosy restaurant.

Choose from a single room, two-bed or four-bed room. Several of the rooms have a shower and toilet in the room.
